Sustainability and Circular design 💚
Circular economy is my passion! We all need to do what we can for the planet. I am emensely proud of by having introduced reusable fruit- and Veggie bags on the global market, my own company Carrinet saved the earth from more than 1000 tons of single use plastic bags! I initiated a co-op between Domsjö, Aditiya Birla, an indian textile manufacturer and Carrinet and we developed a completely circular bag from cellulose. Building a company with full sustainabililty focus, I have endured many certification processes through which I have become very familiar with what the EU-taxonomy and CSRD means in reality and how to best practise your ESG.

Product- and Business development
Do you need to investigate a new business area, find new income streams, expand into new markets or develop new products? Does your company need a new direction or speed up to reach your goals? I always strive forward and business development is one of my main interests. To give a few examples, I have analyzed and started new business areas at large enterprises like Bonnier Magazines, but also found gaps in the markets for completely new products like wine aerators or reusable veggiebags and turned them into profitable new products on both the Swedish and global markets. I have expanded the product range for ad agenices and supported at the sales of a subsidary in the heavy manufacturing industry so the client could focus on their prime business areas. I am there to suppport the management of setting and implementing new strategies to ensure growth.

Do you have an idea for a new product and face the challenge of bringing it it to market? I have commercialzed several different products from my own designs like swimsuits, wine tasting tablets and reusable bags. For many years I was a memeber of the Swedish invention Association developing tech solutions to the mobile industry. I support start ups and mature businesses with business plans, marketing advise, certification processes or applying for grants to enabling to move forward.

Interim Management
When a gap appears I help to fill it. Years of top management experience helps me quickly understand the individual requreents for each scope and company. I have worked as a CEO and on managment boards both in small family lead companies and in bigger companies.

Board Work Certified
Business life can be both golden days and crises times, I have experienced both and ant the ride and struggle in between - multiple times as board member both in my own companies and also in investor lead companies like Carrinet AB.
My ability to listen and lead people together with strategic thinking and operational experience has given me many interesting learnings both as board member and as chaiman of the board. I am certified for board work by Styrelseakademien. I currently hold the trust as board member of Captor Fund Management AB.

Marketing and Sales
All I do in business has a market focus. From working as a consultant and in ad agencies I have both B2B and B2C experience from building marketing plans and executing them. With my interest in people and with years of working with marketing departments of different sizes and organization models, I see the opportunities and weaknesses of the teams and I support to optimize the capacity in the company. I have created and bought marketing services for a wide range of product and services and helped to evaluate and improve the cooperation between agencies and buyers several times.
To commerselize a product or service, you need to sell and I have put several products on the market both in established channels but also challenged systems and found new ways. To me it is important to syncronise the marketing and salesdepartments and also make sure there is an understanding and exchange of knowledge with the product development and manufacuting departments. I am used to handling media and working with PR activities from both a sales and information perspective.
